Withdraw from contract here

To withdraw from a purchase, enter your name, the e-mail address you ordered with and your order code. You find the order code in your order e-mail and in your library; it begins with GKB-.

When you press the button, we send an acknowledgement to that e-mail address. It repeats your statement and shows the date and time we received it.

For e-books, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun with your consent (terms of sale, section 8). We answer every statement within 14 days.
